Their (Democrat) budget relies on MASSIVE property-tax increases that will also hit renters; a capital gains-style tax on innovation; cuts student aid for tuition at state-run colleges and universities; business tax increases, and much more, like a 38% fee increases on hunting and fishing licenses, and a 50% fee increase for the Discover Pass.

WA Democrats voted down the no-new-taxes, no-cuts budget offered by Senate Republicans, then proceeded to pass their own budget, with cuts in support for childcare programs, domestic-violence prevention programs, college financial aid, and support for state & county fairs. However you look at it, it’s the wrong budget for our state.

Governor Bob Ferguson, VETO this bill!
