Two Thirds of the County’s registered voters will be receiving a ballot for Port of Bellingham’s District 1 and District 2 Commissioner’s Races.
The Board of Commissioners is a non-partisan, three-person elected body that oversees all Port of Bellingham operations by providing policy direction and decisions in public meetings. Click Here to find the State Laws on powers and definitions re: Port Commissions.

District 1 runs approximately from Alabama Street in Bellingham to the Southern County Line. Approximately 45700 Ballots will be mailed to Registered Voters in this District Race.(If in Doubt; Check your Auditor issued Voting Card to find out your Port district.)
