Whatcom County Auditor faces Civil Suit Concerning 2020 Election Processes
Whatcom County and Auditor Diana Bradrick have been sued by the “Washington Election Integrity Coalition United” a non-profit corporation for:
- VERIFIED COMPLAINT FOR EQUAL RIGHTA PROTECTION;
- VIOLATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS;
- EQUITABLE RELIEF;
- INJUNCTIVE RELIEF;
- DECLARATORY RELIEF;
- PUBLIC RECORDS ACTION TO COMPEL BALLOT PRODUCTION
The Auditor has been served with the suit and referred all questions to the Prosecutor’s office.
This seems to have come out of a video that appeared publicly in the March to May time Frame that showed a single person marking ballots.
There was some concern by the public in the Spring of 2020 and The auditor, at that time, placed the following link on the Whatcom Website to explain what had occurred.
Here is the video by the Washington Election Integrity Coalition United that explained it from their viewpoint.

I doubt whether the lawsuit is “frivolous”, but even if it were it is a news event and deserves coverage. The auditor may indeed be a person of experience and integrity, but if the process has been corrupted, she is the one who represents the system by virtue of her elected position. One thing I know about Charlie is that election integrity is a long-standing interest of his, and he is honest even when it doesn’t serve him. He has taken the time to personally observe the process and to investigate allegations brought by others. As far as articles he edits, he requires substantiation of claims and he verifies information, which is why it takes time for some issues to be covered. I trust his journalism because he does hold himself to higher standards than most. As far as questioning government systems, they should always be scrutinized. We will have lost our republic when people become cynically complacent and cease to participate.
I vote in every election. Since 2012 I feel elections have been altered throughout the nation. Now I when I see our local elections and there is such a change, a real ground swell; the motor voter laws are rooted in fraud.
I have a suggestion and I hope it’s even possible. I’ve voted in Whatcom County for almost 20 years now. Not ONCE have I had to change/fix my vote. I suggest we find approximately 2000 REPUBLICAN VOTERS who know that they have never had to make a change. I don’t know of an appropriate number of voters but I would trust Charlie Crabtrees considerable expertise. Those voters demand to see their votes, verify that no changes were made on the ballot AND, if there’s a way, verify that their vote was credited to whom/what, they voted for. The Auditor states that no cheating has happened here. Here’s her chance to prove herself.
Satpal the superpolluter, who is aligned with progressive socialist (Marxist or Communist leaning extreme left democrats), has no place lecturing any American citizen about wanting to put a stop to the election fraud or election integrity issues. In fact, this issue is serious, and trying to make it go away with a simple “nothing to see here, move along” is assinine. The lawsuit is not frivoulous.
Instead, why was a person marking ballots? Who else is a victim of a civil rights violation for being disenfranchised? How many illegal aliens are voting illegally, and are they ever ferreted out and arrested? Why does Washington not use the standard mail verification system, and instead uses a system used by most of the questionable states from the 2020 election (where fraud has been shown quite clearly? Why does our own secretary of state make such excuses for everything, instead of agreeing that a full forensic audit would prove once and for all whether we have a good system or not? Doubts about the democratic process in our Constitutional Republic are plenty, and the reason they are not good is people like Satpal play the “nothing to see, go away” card.
It’s time to retire politicians like Satpal and RINOS too who are in it for the money.
If I want responsible journalism, I look to the new alternative media. Project Veritas is true investigative journalism, Steve Bannon’s War Room is great, OAN and Real America’s Voice are awesome.
The Fourth Corner and WeTheGoverned are also great. I hope Satpal himself gets featured intensely. FOIA requests aplenty, and put a spotlight on his actions in every aspect. Sunshine is great.
As a member of Judicial Watch, I can say that I welcome forensic audits of all the state’s election system and if lawsuits are necessary, as Biden would say, “bring ’em on”! I believe that if you reject scrutiny for however the system is run, you may be enabling the system to run ragged. No one is above the law; when Ms. Bradrick took the job, she agreed to the scrutiny. If she can’t stand the cooking, get out of the kitchen.
What, if any marks should an election worker be making on someone’s ballot?
Hi Charlie
I think such frivolous lawsuits based on mis-information to voters must be condemned by all parties and bloggers with integrity and responsible journalism. These create doubts about our democratic system and elections, which is NoT good for our nation and either political party. May I encourage you to write such condemnation in your blog like you do on other subjects. We have one of most experienced, honest and bipartisan Auditor in WC. Thanks
